1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Sports Signal Intel:

  • Account information: Name, email address, phone number
  • Betting preferences: Preferred sportsbook, betting history you choose to import
  • Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, alert preferences
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers
  • Bet history: Picks, parlays, and bankroll data you enter or import

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the SSI service
  • To personalize pick recommendations and analysis
  • To send pick alerts, daily cards, and service updates (with your consent)
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To track performance analytics for your account
  • To improve our probability models and analysis quality

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security policies, and regular security audits. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Sports Signal Intel does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our service.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant)
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • GoHighLevel (GHL): SMS communications and marketing automation for pick alerts and updates
  • Supabase: Database and authentication

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export: Download your data in a portable format (CSV/JSON)
  • Correction: Update inaccurate personal information
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. CCPA Compliance

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • The right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used
  • The right to delete personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To make a CCPA request, contact us.

8. SMS and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Sports Signal Intel. These messages may include:

  • Transactional messages: Subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, payment alerts, and account notifications
  • Marketing messages: Promotional offers, upgrade opportunities, performance updates, and win notifications
  • Service messages: Pick alerts, daily card notifications, and system updates

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your subscription tier and account activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per week.

Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your notification preferences at ssipicks.com/settings/notifications. You will receive a confirmation message upon opting out.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.
